Bioplastic Plates

Trellis Earth® plates make food tastier and better looking -- because who likes to eat off noxious polystyrene or flimsy paper?  These plates can hold liquids, and they make the statement that you too care about preventing the wasting of oil in conventional plastics.  Used by Taco Del Mar in the Pacific Northwest for all their entrees.

The black plates have a dull finish because they contain only natural colorings (charcoal), but they are more sustainable, unlike their shiny pure oil counterparts.
